About the Role:
We’re looking for a strong A-level technician who can handle diagnostics, produce consistently, and take pride in their work.
At University Tire & Auto Service, we run a clean, organized shop where the focus is on doing the job right. This is not a place where cars sit around waiting for answers or where technicians are left on their own without support. We value good process, clear communication, and steady workflow.
If you’re used to figuring things out, staying productive, and keeping comebacks to a minimum, you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including drivability and electrical issues.
- Handle more complex jobs without constant supervision.
- Communicate findings clearly so advisors can present them accurately.
- Maintain quality work with minimal comebacks.
- Stay organized and keep your work area clean.
- Contribute to a team environment where everyone is expected to do their part.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience as a technician.
- Strong diagnostic ability (this is important).
- Able to work independently and stay productive.
- Professional attitude — shows up, communicates, and takes responsibility.
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required if your experience shows it.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35–$50 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
